Joe83 is a Polish artist, living and working in a small town. Large city streets are not at the margin of his activity, but just the opposite - he performs at abandoned buildings, free-standing walls, sporadicaly at places of rural landscape. Using different tools, he experiments with painting techniques. He gets inspiration from original New York graffitis as well as primitive ones, which one can come across in every neighbourhood.
